Helpdesk Specialist

Job description:
Our client is looking for a Desktop Sys Specialist.On this position you will be in charge of configuration, installation and support of the hardware and software infrastructure, teleconferencing, mobile devices and peripherals.
The position is full time and is located in Warsaw.
The focus of the role will be in Poland but will also require remotely supporting other locations around the world.

Responsibilities: 
– Configure, deliver microcomputers along with troubleshooting PC hardware/software issues.
– Provides accurate, timely and creative solutions to customers along with basic network connectivity and application issues to ensure client productivity.
– Basic understanding of teleconferencing/video support including but not limited Logitech Tap, Microsoft Hubs, MS Teams, mobile applications.
– Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at the clients’ locations to resolve problems using advanced troubleshooting and technical skills.

Requirements:
– High School diploma required, or equivalent.
– English speaking required.
– 1 to 2 years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting computer hardware.
– Must be proficient in microcomputer based operating systems (Windows/Apple) and applications (particularly Microsoft O365 including Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms. 
– Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
– Punctual, strong work ethic, positive attitude, organized, & has an intense desire to learn.
